今天又是打工人的，那就利用這點空閑時間，給大家介紹一下這款高仿真坦克模型吧。這款模型用的都是更好的材料按照原坦克1:1進(jìn)行制作的，使用高檔汽車漆噴涂，表面光滑靚麗，所用材質(zhì)是金屬+鍍鋅板，設(shè)備主要結(jié)構(gòu)為：方管龍骨骨架加鐵板蒙皮，駕駛艙內(nèi)有駕駛座椅、操縱桿，人可進(jìn)入駕駛艙內(nèi)，履帶仿制真坦克開模鑄造。炮口向前時全長10米,車長7.6米,寬3.5米,高2.37米，全車共重6-8噸。

People can enter the cockpit, and the tracks are molded and cast in imitation of a real tank. When the muzzle moves forward, it has a total length of 10 meters, a vehicle length of 7.6 meters, a width of 3.5 meters, and a height of 2.37 meters. The entire vehicle weighs 6-8 tons.

我們的制作流程一般是設(shè)計師設(shè)計圖紙、對應(yīng)型號模型。設(shè)計師和具有軍事模型10年以上經(jīng)驗的老師傅同時溝通細(xì)節(jié)骨架確定造型的精確度。我們的師傅就開始制作了內(nèi)部大梁使用12*12厚度5毫米的方管，橫梁使用加厚槽鋼、角鐵、框架使用5*5、4*4、3*3的方管，雙層骨架在加雙層，讓結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)感更加粗壯、霸氣逼真。

Our production process usually involves designers designing drawings and corresponding model numbers. Designers and teachers with more than 10 years of experience in military modeling communicate with each other to determine the accuracy of the design details and skeleton. Our master has started making internal beams using 12 * 12 square tubes with a thickness of 5mm, beams using thickened channel steel, angle iron, and frames using 5 * 5, 4 * 4, and 3 * 3 square tubes. The double layer skeleton adds a double layer, making the structural texture more robust, domineering, and realistic.

外部則用5-15毫米鍍鋅鋼板，不生銹材質(zhì)、其他零件單獨定制構(gòu)件。二氧化碳?xì)怏w保護(hù)焊鐵板焊接與我們老師傅精湛的手藝相結(jié)合，細(xì)節(jié)陽角處找平、打磨拋光、防腐蝕防生銹處理，多層環(huán)氧底漆、面漆顏色調(diào)和處理，面漆細(xì)節(jié)處理，均用品牌漆。坦克內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)四座，還設(shè)有獨立儀表（水溫表、氣壓表、油量表、電壓表）方向盤、操縱桿等設(shè)備齊全。相似度在百分之95%以上。制作完成后，用25-40噸吊車協(xié)助有專門的貨車配送。

There are four standard tanks inside, and there are also independent instruments (water temperature gauge, air pressure gauge, oil quantity gauge, voltage gauge), steering wheel, control lever, and other complete equipment. The similarity is above 95%. After the production is completed, a 25 to 40 ton crane is used to assist with specialized truck delivery.
